The rear of Ambulance 535 is overly equipped and ready for any incident. It is able to hold 5 crew members. It is equipped with a Mass Casualty Oxygen System which can administer O2 to 8 people at one time. It holds the cell phone, laptop, and both UHF and VHF Radios. Everything is computerized including the automated blood pressure cuff.

 Ambulance 535 is equipped with a state of the art Monster Medic automatic stretcher that will hold up to 700 lbs. It is also equipped with a Stryker Stair Chair for easy mobility with patients.

535 is equipped with a vacuum mattress, airsplints, trauma kit, AED, Suction, Four Spare O2 bottles, flashlights, and a green jump bag used for every assingment.

 535 is also equipped with 2 SCBA's. A mass casualty oxygen unit. A FW-137, 2 Fire Extinguishers, and a CO Detector.

535 holds many different personal protection kits, traction splints, coveralls, rope throw bag, a fire rescue blanket, stair chair, and wheel chalks for ice and dry condtions.

535 carries two spare SCBA bottles and masks, patient restraints, and a 1500 lb net. It carries an assortment of backboards: infant, regular, floating and a scoop stretcher. It has head pieces for the backboards and padded board splints.The duffle bags hold the straps for the backboards.

535 is equipped with 4 full sets sets of turnout gear(helmets, boots and pants). It also has two rescue helmets and an assortment of hand tools.

Ambulance 535's cab is state of the art. It has air ride seats, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, cruise control, 100,000 candle power spot light, Whelen siren, air horn, a VHF radio and a portable radio for crew members. It also holds a portable Garmin Road GPS unit that assists in finding coordinates for Life Flight.
